试问人什么时候更能体验到信仰的温度，我想定不是清闲惬意时，而是困顿无助、又不得不排除万难继续前行的时刻，尤其在某种极端困境中，人更能感受到信仰的温度。对于两次登上珠峰的艺术家孙义全来说，这信仰不仅在极端体验下给了他刻苦铭心的温度，也给他的生活和艺术创作带来更多个性化的思考。
此次展览即是艺术家带着对这信仰温度的回忆，通过其多样化的媒介和表达方式，如绘画、雕塑、装置、行为、声音影像等，将自己对生活的体悟和对时代的关怀展现给观众。在艺术家展出的十几件作品中，其关注的议题有小有大，每个作品单独成行，而又处于关联之中，共同呈现了艺术家独特的叙述视角和朴素且精致的世界观。
此次展览的作品基本上是艺术家近期新作，我试图将它们分为三个部分，并通过对多数作品的解析与观众探讨艺术家的精神世界。（夏彦国）
When it comes to asking when a person can feel the warmth of convictions, the answer is definitely not the time when he/she is leading an easy life but the time when he/she feels depressed and helpless even has no choice but to push aside all obstacles and difficulties. Especially when a person finds himself/herself in a tight corner, he/she is easier to feel the warmth of convictions. For Sun Yiquan, an artist who has reached the summit of Mount Everest twice, his conviction has not only given him impressive warmth in extreme environment but also triggered his thoughts on lives and artistic creations in a more personalized manner.
With his memories of the warmth of his conviction, this exhibition is designed to show his understandings of life and concerns for the times to audiences through diverse media and expressions such as painting, sculpture, installation, performance, sounds and images. Ten-plus works have been exhibited at this exhibition, focusing on different topics. Each of his works is relatively independent, and closely related to the rest works at the same time. All of his works, therefore, represent his unique narrative perspective as well as his simple but delicate outlook on the world. Moreover, all these works on exhibition are basically created by him recently. I have tried to divide them into three parts and decode most of his works in order to explore his inner world with audiences. Text by Xia Yanguo
