李明昌，1980年生于中国广西，2007年毕业于广州美术学院油画系，获硕士学位，现任教于广州美术学院；从事以架上绘画为主和以绘画展开的一系列相关工作，包括近现代微观历史的视觉与文本探究。

Li Mingchang, born in 1980, Guangxi, China, graduated from the Department of Oil Painting of the Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts (GAFA) with a master’s degree in 2007. He now teaches at GAFA in Guangzhou. He is engaged in a series of related work based on painting, including visual and textual exploration of modern micro-history.
